The shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT with tracking and SMS Alert. From the moment the courier picks it up from the warehouse, we will provide you with a link via text message and email to track your package online.

Delivery times?

All items sold in Italy, depart from our distribution warehouses located in the Italian territory, therefore, delivery times remain on average 2-3 working days for single packages and 4-5 days working for pallets, excluding islands, which are covered in 5-6 working days for all types of packages. At the moment it is not possible collection in the warehouse as it is not open to the public for retail sale, but only to large wholesale distribution.

Shipping costs?

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected, however products can sometimes be damaged during transport .

What to do in case of damaged article?

In these cases we are completely available to replace the article in its entirety or, in particular cases, only the damaged piece. To obtain the free replacement, simply ask the courier to sign the delivery note with reserve and send us the photos of the damaged product via email or Whatsapp within 4 days from delivery.

Otherwise , we will always be available for after-sales assistance ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase, in any case.

If at the time of notification by the customer of the damaged item, the product should be not available , due to out of stock, we will proceed to refund total or partial through the payment method used for the purchase.

Should the damaged item be returned?

We will individually evaluate whether or not to return . Sometimes we are obliged to return damaged items to the parent company, sometimes it is not necessary.

When we request the return of the damaged item, there is no charge to the customer , but we only ask you to repack the package properly to be collected by the courier that we will send at our expense at the times preferred by the customer. The collection of the damaged return occurs only after the arrival in the new replacement product .
