Steelmate Baby Bell Anti-Abandonment Device is an on-board child alert system that reminds parents to take them out of the car as soon as the engine is turned off. Steelmate Baby Bell anti-abandonment device works with and without smartphone, is composed of a wireless weight sensor to be placed under the padding of the seat and an acoustic and visual display to be inserted in the car's cigarette lighter housing. When the car is turned on, Baby Bell's display turns green. Baby Bell performs two functions: Anti-abandonment with the car off When the car is turned off, Baby Bell immediately emits an audible alarm, the display turns red and flashes to warn the driver that the child is still in the seat. Operation with smartphone (optional) :
By downloading the Baby Bell app, you can receive alert messages on your mobile phone. The smartphone connects to the display's USB socket with its own power cable. With the car off, it will signal the presence of the child. If it is not removed from the seat within a few minutes, three preset mobile numbers will receive an alert message with the car's location.
